SALES PLANS
Obviously a key element of the commercialisation is the sales plan! Not only where to find the clients, but also to make that extra phone call, set-up that extra meeting.

Venaticus agrees with the client upon a sales plan.
A typical assignment for the hands-on commercialisation is a 6 month period, and consists of the following elements:

• Introduction of your company to the customer group
• Setting up meetings
• Perform presentations
• Presenting term sheet and/or quotation
• Getting the first deal, and/or
• Following-up to get consequent deals.

After the first period several different options are available; prolongation, if of mutual interest; or you may take over further commercialisation.
